our story

The philosophy behind Corelab is deeply rooted in a shared vision between Jolene and Jocelyn — a belief that Lagree is more than just working out, it’s a journey of confidence, strength, and self-discovery.

Corelab is the realisation of that vision — a space designed to challenge limits, build confidence, and leave every individual stronger inside and out.

Jolene’s journey into Lagree began while pursuing her Master’s degree in Melbourne, where she experienced its transformative physical and mental benefits firsthand.

Driven by this discovery, she became a certified Lagree instructor and went on to teach for two years at MegaMode, Melbourne’s leading Lagree studio — an experience that deepened her passion and belief in the method.

Motivated to share this revolutionary workout with a new community, Jolene brought her vision home to Malaysia, laying the foundation for Corelab.

Jocelyn completed her Bachelor’s degree in Melbourne, where her passion for fitness and coaching first took root. She went on to become a certified STOTT Pilates instructor and has spent the past four years teaching, guiding clients with precision, care, and energy.

When introduced to the Lagree Method, Jocelyn quickly fell in love with its powerful blend of Pilates-inspired movement and strength training. Experiencing transformative changes in her own body, she became deeply committed to sharing those same results with others.

“Lagree changed the way we moved, but more importantly, it changed the way we felt about ourselves. That’s the experience we want to share with you.”
