  • Our studio is discreetly tucked away so it can be hard to locate the first time you visit us.

You’ll find us at Publika’s West Gate Main Entrance — We’re just two doors down from Thai Tuk Tuk, right next to 有無茶院 (YOU WU TEA HOUSE). Look out for our signage and take the lift up to Level 3, and we’ll be waiting to welcome you

  • Just bring yourself, water, and the energy to burn.

Grip socks are required for safety, hygiene and performance on the MiniPro — if you don’t have a pair, you can purchase them at the studio.

  • Classes cancelled less than 12 hours before class or failure to attend, will be considered a late cancellation or no-show, and your class credit will be forfeited. We recommend cancelling at least 12 hours in advance to retain your credit.

Corelab Studio reserves the right to cancel classes if there are less than 2 people booked into the class. On the rare event that the class is cancelled by us, you will have the class credited back to your account.

Please do your best to honour the cancellation policy window. We have tried to make the policy fair for everyone to ensure more clients get the chance to move, sweat, and sculpt with us.

We understand that life does happen sometimes. In the event of an emergency, please reach out to the studio within 24 hours so that our team can review your situation and assist you accordingly.

By joining the waitlist, you are committing to attend if a spot opens up. If you’re added to the class and don’t show up, late cancellation or no-show fees will still apply. Please remove yourself from the waitlist if your plans change.

  • Classes will always start and finish on time. The instructors will lock the front doors at the start time of each class. This is to ensure that all personal belongings are locked inside the studio.

If you do not arrive by the scheduled start time, you will not be permitted to enter the studio and your class will be forfeited. A 5-minute grace period is offered only when a front desk staff member is present. This is to ensure the safety and flow of the class.

We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes before the start of class to ensure you are able to attend your class.

The streets around the studio get busy during peak hours, so make sure you leave enough time to arrive to avoid any disappointment.

Thank you for respecting the time and experience of your instructor and fellow clients.

  • If a class is full, you can add yourself to the waitlist. If there are any cancellations, you will be notified up to 6 hours before the class commences. After this cutoff, waitlist automation will close, and no further changes will be made.

When adding yourself to the waitlist, you are committing to attend class, should a space become available. Please remove yourself from the waitlist if you no longer wish to attend to avoid forfeiting your credits, as these will still apply in this instance.

  • Classes must be booked and paid in full in advance via the Momence app or Momence online. Bookings without confirmed payment will not be held.

Intro offesrs are available to new clients only. This offer may only be purchased once. The offer is non-refundable and non-transferable.

All class packs activate on the date of your first scheduled class, not the date of purchase.

All purchases are considered final. Corelab does not offer refunds, extensions, suspensions, or transfers for any reason, including illness, injury, travel, or change of circumstance.

Clients must be 16 years or older to attend. Those under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for their first visit.

  • If you are pregnant, you must notify your instructor how far along you are in your pregnancy journey.

Corelab can accommodate pregnant clients up to 20 weeks, provided there are no complications in your pregnancy. After the 20-week mark, we kindly ask that you take a pause from attending our classes, as your safety and wellbeing are our highest priority.

  • If you are managing any injuries, please inform your instructor before class begins.

While our team will do their best to offer modifications where possible, please note that Corelab is a group fitness studio. While we offer movement modifications where appropriate, we are not able to provide fully individualised programming within a group class environment.

Your safety is important to us and we appreciate your awareness and communication.
